💚I am super grateful that I had the opportunity to learn this wonderful martial art of Kalaripayattu at the Kalaripayattu-Maruthi Marma Chikilsa & Kalari Sangham school in Thiruvananthapuram. Grace, movement in line with the body, relaxation and primal wildness are the words that best describe this type of movement.💚

We understand each other very well when it comes to put pressure on bodies during massages🤣 Thanks to his completely dry sense of humor, I had a great time, both during training, massage classes and during a regular dinner. There was a lot of laughter, kalaripayattu training and massage. This is a drop in the ocean of all the knowledge that Indian land has to offer and I am extremely happy that I could get to know at least a little of it😁
